Q. How should I send it?
Please package your iPhone securely in a box or jiffy bag with enough packaging around the iPhone to prevent any further damage whilst being delivered. (We would recommend sending your iPhone to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery or a trusted courier service, with enough insurance to cover your iPhone).

Q. How long does it take to fix my iPhone?
95% of our repairs are carried out and completed within 24 hours, but sometimes due to matters out of our control we may take a little longer, if there is a delay we will contact you.

Q. Do repairs void my Apple warranty?
Any repairs not carried out by Apple void your iPhone warranty however we do provide a full 60 day warranty for the repairs carried out except faults relating to physical or accidental damage.

Q. Will I lose any data from my iPhone?
It is always a good idea to back-up any data before sending Phone Medics your phone for repair, as although it is very rare we cannot be held responsible for any data lost.

Q. If my phone cannot be repaired or I do not want to proceed with a repair, will there be any charge?
If we are unable to proceed with a repair for any reason there is a £10.00 charge for our time being used to inspect your phone; you must also cover the cost of the return of your phone which is a flat cost of £6.00. However, if you decide to proceed with your phone repair, this fee is automatically absorbed into the final repair costs.

Q. Should I send in my accessories with my iPhone?
Accessories are not required, please only send the iPhone.

Q. How do we return your iPhone?
Your iPhone will be returned to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery. All items are fully insured and traceable.

Q. How can I pay?
You can choose to pay by cash, cheque, bank transfer or PayPal. (Please note if sending payment by cheque we will wait for cheques to clear before starting your repair)

Remember:
We do not require any payment up front so please do not send any money to us.
As soon as your iPhone arrives at our offices, we will contact you to inform you of this.
We will inspect your iPhone and repair within 24 hours.
As soon as your iPhone is repaired, we will contact you for payment.
We accept card payments, bank transfers or cheques.

We will then send your iPhone back to you in secure packaging by courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
